At SCL Support Services, we are a proud family-run organisation built on compassion, lived experience, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with disability. SCL was founded because of our son, Christian, and our family’s personal journey navigating the disability sector. Through our own experiences, we saw firsthand the difference that quality support, understanding, and truly caring staff can make — but we also saw where support systems were falling short. That experience inspired us to create a service that puts people first and delivers the kind of support we would want for our own family.
What began as a small vision to make a difference has grown into a dedicated team committed to empowering NDIS participants of all ages and abilities across the beautiful Coffs Coast and beyond. While we have grown, our values have never changed. Family remains at the heart of everything we do, and we believe every participant deserves to feel respected, supported, included, and genuinely cared for.
